Since 2022, Mileway’s partnership with our charity has empowered many candidates with the skills, experience, and confidence needed to succeed in the commercial real estate sector, particularly within asset management.

The Brokerage invited to UK Offsite event

Our partnership was proudly highlighted at a recent Mileway UK team offsite event in Birmingham. We were thrilled to be invited to join the conversation and present an introduction to our organisation. The event brought together Mileway’s asset management teams from across the UK for learning and collaboration, and our interns delivered a presentation on their experiences. Their stories reflect the transformative power of this partnership.

Our partnership with Mileway has made a meaningful difference:

  • 138 candidates have attended events with Mileway volunteers.
  • 28 volunteers have donated 38 hours of their time to help candidates develop essential skills.
  • 15 internships and work experience placements have been completed, with 289 applications received for these sought-after roles.

While it’s still early to assess the long-term career outcomes of these interns, we know that interns are twice as likely to secure professional roles than those who don’t participate in internships, based on historical data.
